- Analysing usage statistics and improving the website
The personal data collected is not used for any purpose beyond those above, and where the purpose changes we obtain consent in advance.
3. How long we keep personal data
The clinic destroys personal data without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. In the following cases, however, it is kept for the periods stated.

The clinic may outsource personal data processing as follows in order to provide the service smoothly. Where it does, the contract sets out what is needed to keep personal data safe, and we supervise accordingly.

- Personal data of children under 14 is processed with the consent of their legal guardian.
7. How we destroy personal data
- Personal data is destroyed without delay once the retention period has passed or the purpose has been achieved.
- Electronic files are permanently deleted by a method that cannot be recovered; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
